The tenure of our Returns policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. There will be no refund or exchange after this period has lapsed.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The original packing should be retained too. The receipt or proof of purchase should be a part of the return package.

We do have a straightforward return policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

The product should not have been used.

The LED light in case of teeth whitening gel should be in working condition.

Return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Soon after a return is received and checked by us, we will send you an email to notify the receipt as well as to inform you whether a refund is approved or declined.

Once approved, a refund order will be automatically initiated and processed, and the original mode and point of payment will be credited within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after a few days, please go through the following steps.

Contact your credit card company. It usually takes some time for the refund to be reflected in your statement.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Finally, if you still find that the refund has not been received at your end, please write to us at  activeteethwhitening@gmail.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned. Products bought during a sale or on discounts will not be accepted.  

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only products that are defective or damaged will be replaced. To exchange such an item, inform us by email at activeteethwhitening@gmail.com  and send your item to 5 Cochrane St, Mitcham, Melbourne VIC 3132, Australia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be sent for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift was shipped to a third party to be given to you later, a refund will be sent to that person, and he will be informed about the return from you.

You will have to bear the costs of returns. Shipping costs incurred by us are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the expenses for shipping from our end are deducted from your refund.

The time taken to receive your exchanged product will vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a shipping service where the consignment can be tracked, or shipping insurance is provided.
